Chase S. O'Reilly

Chase Stokes O’Reilly is an associate in Turner Padget’s Greenville office. As part of the firm’s Wealth & Estate Planning practice, Chase counsels clients on probate matters, estate planning, trust litigation, and developing strategies to protect their assets. She also supports the insurance litigation team.

Chase is honored to come alongside her clients during some of the most difficult decisions in their families’ lives. This passion was born through her experience at the Richland County Probate Court, where she clerked for Judge Amy McCulloch.

Before joining as an associate, Chase spent two summers clerking at Turner Padget. She also worked at a South Carolina law firm that serves individuals with various legal needs.

Chase served as a research editor for the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust, and Estate Section while in law school.
