Ethan L. Jedziniak

Ethan L. Jedziniak is a talented litigator who counsels clients ranging from individuals, to small businesses in the Upstate of South Carolina, and national corporations. He brings a unique perspective from his experience working at a boutique litigation firm in Greenville, South Carolina and time spent with the South Carolina Department of Insurance’s Financial Regulation and Solvency Division.

His client service philosophy is grounded in his commitment to providing proactive defense strategies prioritizing clients’ best interests. While navigating complex legal challenges, Ethan focuses on clear and open communication, ensuring clients are well-informed throughout the litigation process.

Ethan is a native of Columbia, South Carolina and a Furman University graduate. He earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where Ethan served as Lead Online Editor of Washington and Lee Law Review.

Outside of work, Ethan enjoys the great outdoors and many activities in the area including cycling on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, fishing, and hiking.
